Lalit K. Sharma- The mastermind behind the organization is involved in every tier of the agency’s operations. Armed with 8 years of experience in promotion industry, his unquenchable thirst of knowledge and desire to explore newer pastures has led him to add a fresh service to company’s profile every year. His amazing client servicing skills and profound knowledge of PR and Journalism has made Mantrin a name to reckon with.


CLIENT SERVICING AND MARKETING

Rajneesh Malik: Consistency in his approach and high degree of ingenuity & commitment, while dealing with individual clients, is what he delivers. A  B.com graduate along with 12 of experience and 6 yrs of entrepruenial experience, he strongly focuses on thinking strategically for his clients. With his expertise he has proficiently handled Mantrin’s marketing division in Ludhiana office.

Neha Chauhan: Admirers praise her passion for casting great ideas, critics dub her ruthless. Graduate along with a Diploma in Mass Communication she always tries to get best out of everything. Her zeal of learning makes her unique in the field. Her market info and general business savvy makes her affiliation invaluable.

Richa Sharma - Recently joined, she quickly proved herself to be a great strategic thinker and a skilled leader. Anil Chaudhary - This multimedia specialist has 5 years of designing experience and fine imagination along with printing knowledge backing him up to make the grade to be our graphic designer. What separates him is his ability to create high quality graphic design no matter where the design will be used. He is also a specializes in Photoshop.

Vikram Kashyap - A Specialist in multimedia, his task is to take information of all kinds & display them in visually attractive ways that also helps to deliver the message to the client as well as the target audience. With skill sets ranging from design to planning to project management, Vikram brings an understanding of every element necessary for creation of compelling creative work.

Deepshikha - A Bachelor in Arts, Diploma in CAD & Graphic Designing along with 2 years experience in advertising field, she is best known for creating the present. She combines her practical knowledge with artistic ability in order to turn abstract ideas into practical designs. Creativity & good eye is her asset. She has a strong sense of aesthetic, an eye for colour & detail & an appreciation for beauty.


COPYWRITER

Sonam Jain - She is an M.A (English), Diploma in Mass Communication, a copywriter, a wordsmith, a scribe. Working with words is how she survives. She crafts, sculpts, makes pictures with words with one goal in mind - to satisfy the client & the target audience.


MEDIA

Jagriti Jaswal - A senior consultant and an excellent media coordinator with BA, LLB and currently pursuing masters, Jagriti single-handedly synchronizes Mantrin within all publication houses. She negotiates excellent rates for you and develops a myriad of strategies to put your message in front of the right audience at the right time.

PRINT & PRODUCTION

Ajay Garg - A fabulous Production Artist, this HOD has ironclad knowledge of plate to print, not to forget 12 years of experience in the field. He has the expertise of producing the most cost effective printing solutions, “its all about delivering more than committed” he is always seen telling the young mantrins.

Madan Sharma - The managerial and in-house activities of printing press are managed by him. 10 years of experience in the field of printing sure comes handy.

Kishori - He is the Production Planning Head and has 15 years of experience in this line. He is an expert of any kind of Offset printing process.


ACCOUNTS

Gopal Krishan Sharma - M.Com with excellent accounting skills, he is the manager accounts. As the services of a CA are outsourced and a part time accountant assists him, he makes sure that managing money is never an issue.


OFFICE SUPPORT

Sanjay - Without our Field Executive, our outdoor campaigns wouldn’t run so slickly. He coordinates with all the vendors for outdoor and ensures “in-time” delivery of all outdoor campaigns.

Deepak - Our Office Assistant efficiently manages all the in-house activities. He is the most valuable source who ensures that everyone get all the assistance they need in the hectic hours of work.

Kulraj Ban -A very enthusiastic and devoted member of the dynamic team at Mantrin, his dedication and commitment has won the hearts of all. A people’s person that enjoys life, he manages the all office affairs in a very structured and organized way.

Shyam - Our driver who apart from driving also indulges himself in office & outdoor work. Time management is what he runs on.

Shimla - She is the one who makes sure that office is clean and hygienic all day along.
